Implantology

The dental implant is a “titanium root” that allows the connection of a prosthesis or sheath without affecting the teeth on the side. The placement of a dental implant was carried out under local anesthesia and is painless.

In those cases where all teeth are missing, implants allow us to perform a prosthetic rehabilitation, which will reestablish function and aesthetics.

Before placing the implant, a radiographic study will be carried out to assess various factors, such as the quantity and quality of the bone and gum. In this way we will know if it is necessary to perform some type of graft before, during or after the placement of the implant.

For those more apprehensive patients we offer the option of performing interventions under intravenous sedation with our trusted anaesthetists.
